Haviva Yesgat

Versatile and dedicated, Haviva Yesgat is fully invested in her family law and civil litigation practice. 

Haviva specializes in both civil litigation and family law and serves a wide range of clients, including individuals, businesses, tenants and property owners. With thoroughness and empathy, she devises judicial strategies for divorce, child custody and family patrimony partitioning, and commercial leases and debt collection.

Multilingual and known for her meticulous research and litigation skills, Haviva represented her alma mater – Université de Montréal – at a national moot court competition in Toronto. During her law studies, she was also involved with the Association des étudiants juifs at the Université de Montréal. Haviva was an intern in comparative law for the Global Legal Research Directorate at the Law Library of Congress in Washington, D.C. She also assisted several Montreal startups in their growth.
