Zachary focuses his practice within the Tax Law Group. With his extensive professional background in estate planning, he understands the depth of human and legal challenges related to the transfer of assets from one generation to the next.
With a keen eye for detail, he diligently assists clients in the preparation of various legal documents including trust deeds, last wills and powers of attorney in the context of estate administration/liquidation, family wealth planning and post mortem tax planning. Over the years, he has been able to successfully guide his clients, both individuals and family businesses, in putting in place effective tax structures to ensure the succession of their assets.
